Who is this Guy?

My name is Mark and I have been remodeling/fixing homes for over 25 years. It started with my first home in 2003: a 600 square foot condominium complete with mid 70’s finishes: yuck! I had to do something to make it “cool” or “not 70’s”. And that is where my General Contractor journey started.

From there, I was climbing the property ladder through primary residences, investment properties, and working a full-time job in sales. I was doing something I enjoyed: making something better than the way I found it.

I graduated from Washington State University in 2001 with a Business Administration degree. In 2021 after 20 years of Management and Sales, my Girlfriend (now Wife) and I decided to create a company that would allow me to work using my hands for something other than typing and dialing. Work for me now is very different: there is no one I can point the finger at other than myself.

My family has been living in the Greater Tacoma area Since the 1930s. I have spent the latter half of my life in Tacoma, so yes, I would say my family and I are local folks that love our community.

I currently hold a General Contracting License, Drivers License and Real Estate License. These licenses allow me to do a lot when it comes to helping you with your goals.
